I had been buying the Hennings Pepper Farmers Cheese for years when I lived in Wisconsin! It’s lower fat yet very flavorful, with a touch of hot pepper included. It’s my go-to snack every day. It is also tasty on burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, taco salads, mac & cheese, and more. I love it so much that I go through a ‘brick’ a week! Then I moved out of state and couldn’t find it. I would stock up when I visited WI but always ran out before my next visit. So, I decided to check the Hennings website and found that they have mail order!! I have had 100% satisfaction with ordering it online. It ships quickly and is boxed in a styrofoam cooler with an ice pack. When it arrives, the ice pack, and the cheese, are still cold. The cost of shipping it is cheaper than the gas to drive to Wisconsin and is well worth it in my opinion! I highly recommend their cheese! There are many different varieties to choose from.
