This is a great cheese maker I have been looking for a Wisconsin cheese maker that take online orders. Finally found one that is just as good as the other I visited in Wisconsin but does not take online orders. I will be ordering more.

I love this cheese. It's the closest I have found to my fav cheese of all time - a NZ mature cheddar! I buy so much of this cheese that I now have a cheese fridge in my basement.
