I do not consider them spicy but they definitely are very flavorful. You know you go to eat some then you think oh I'll just eat the other half of the day later but then you find yourself eating the whole freaking bag the same day that you opened it.... Absolutely delicious

I tried this cheese in Buffalo Chicken Dip for a spicer mixture. Love it!!!

Been a long time customer!! Had to get me some curds. I live In Kentucky and have not found a place that even sells them. Cajun cheddar and the garlic and dill are soo good
