Just ok, had better

This cheese is very smooth and delicious. I would like to see another version that is a little hotter with more chilies.

I am a fan of this cheese. The hatch peppers add a mild spicy to the already delicious cheddar cheese.

The taste of the hatch pepper with the cheddar is a perfect balance of flavor. Not over powering but just right!
