I bought this cheese for a Mexican street corn dip and my gosh, it's so amazing!! The smell of this cheese makes your mouth just water!! The flavor is Sooooo good!!

This has a great southwestern flavor with a little bit of heat but not too much. It not only tastes great plain or on crackers but it also makes a very good quesadilla. Found this while visiting family in Iowa but can't find it in northern Indiana. Thank God for Henning's mail-order service!

Have yet to have a bad bite of anything from Hennings. 100% recommend.
