I’m normally not a fan of flavored cheeses, but this one was recommended by another “cheesehead”, so I ordered it. The taste is actually quite complementary, with the creaminess of the cheddar being enhanced by just the right amount of sweetness from the mango. The pepper kicks in a bit later and adds a nice finish, not too hot, but definitely noticeable. I did enjoy it and intend to order again.

Well if you like it hot this is the cheese for you! Another home run!

The Mango Fire Cheese is my absolute favorite. From the moment I opened the package for a taste, I found myself wishing I would have ordered more! It starts off with a hint of Mango and finishes with the slow heat that fills your mouth with Bliss! Delish is the only words for this cheese!
