i was being generous on 1 star, this is a flavorless "cheese" spread with none of the tangyness typical with a port wine cheese spread. the lack of any cheese flavor at all was dissapponting. letting it come to room temperature did nothing to help it. you can get more flavor and satisfaction from a paper towel.
