Amazing cheese, very delicious and arrived in great shape and nice Styrofoam cooler that is reusable. Definitely ordering again!

This is my third order of the 10 yr old cheddar. I had my last order shipped to my Florida residence. I ordered extra to share with friends and neighbors who were impressed with the abundance of flavor this cheese delivers. Most had never tried a great Wisconsin cheddar and were surprised by the abundance of flavor crystals in this cheese. Expect uptake of orders from Florida soon.

This is a mouthwatering cheese with an abundance of flavor that is great by itself or with mild crackers that don’t hide the flavor of the cheese. Goes well with a variety of good wines.
