I was introduced to Henning's sharp cheddar cheese by my-brother-in-law at Christmastime. When that source ran out, I had to buy some more 7- and 10-year-old cheeses. As you can guess by what I have already said, I love your age cheeses. I'm looking forward to trying your other products as soon as these blocks are gone.

All of the Hennings cheddar cheeses are great, the more aged the better. I love eating it with pretzels.
