The cheese was very good with just the right amount of heat.

I love spicy and I love cheese and this is the perfect combination. this is great for snacking, also good if you decide you want to make some eggs and put a nice thick piece of habanero cheese on top to make it like Southwest style, by far my favorite cheese I have ever encountered.

Simply one of my all-time favorites from this cheese maker. Great balance between heat and slight fruitiness of the peppers with the creaminess of the cheese.
