The 18 month old sharp white cheddar was much milder than I expected. I grew up in New England and often had Vermont sharp white cheddar which I remember as more flavorful

So far all the cheeses have been great!

This is probably the best white cheddar cheese. Actually, all the Henning's cheddars are excellent.
